Advantages of Life Here Residents of Pacific Homes Beach Club own their own property so any increase in park fees must be by consent of the owners. We are within walking distance of Wal-Mart, Safeway, Fred Meyer, West Coast Bank and many other businesses and restauraunts. We have walking access to the beach through a pedestrian underpass under Highway 101, the main north/south road along the Oregon coast. We never have to worry about crossing this busy thoroughfare on foot. The business and common areas of our park are overseen by a board of directors elected by our park members. A parking lot is available for motor homes and travel trailers for a nominal fee.
